While I was shaving one morning in 2000 and asking the Lord when He was going to release His Spirit to begin to bring a revelation of Yeshua the Messiah to the people of Israel. I sensed He was saying a Glorious move of His Spirit is coming, and a multitude will be saved.
I felt He was leading me to continue praying for the "elders" in the body of Messiah, so that His Spirit would be the only one that reigns and rules over His people. Out of this He would impart revival fire to begin to move out and change hearts forever.
As He spoke this into my spirit I sensed that this new facility being prepared in Tel Aviv ( "The Ester House"), will be a well of His Salvation. And with this understanding I began to see a river flow out from this building, and as it entered the streets it turned into a raging river with rapids so powerful that it was foaming with His power. I then began looking closer at the raging river and at the foam in the water and could see that the foam was actually made up of words and not bubbles. The words repeatedly said LIFE, LIFE, LIFE. And I understood immediately that He was going to release rivers of living waters from this location, and that wherever this river would flow there will be LIFE. New life.
Thank you LORD, let it be and all the Glory is yours, in Yeshua's name. Father prepare your people, those who have been redeemed by the Blood of your Son. Prepare their hearts, that they may join with the angels and bring in the harvest of souls. Lord empower the saints to live in holiness, to walk in resurrection power. Lord may this be the generation to see your return, and "all of Israel be saved". Amen !!
