On January 25 2008 I was awakened but continued with my eyes closed at 4:30 am. I began to see a vision/picture of an eighteen wheeler pulling into a yard. It was night time in this experience and all I could see was the trailer side and back door. Then I saw a man get out of the cab and realised it was me (Simantov). As I did my inspection of the trailer, I realised there was only one marker light working and it was on the back of the trailer. Through all of this I did not see *the power unit (tractor). Then some how I climbed up on the back of the trailer with a small hammer and began tapping the lights that were not illuminated, but to no avail. It was at that point that I realised that I had an audience of a few men. One of them I recognized and the others I felt I may have known. And they began saying what the heck are you wasting your time on those lights, just get in the truck and get going. At that point I looked off to my left at the building that was beside me and realised it was the loading docks of Interlink Transport in Toronto Canada (a place I used to work at until it went bankrupt in 1997). The building was all in darkness and empty, then the vision ended.

As I lay in bed, considering what I had just seen I also took note that through-out this experience there was music to a song playing in my spirit, music to a song I haven't heard in maybe twenty years. But what surprised me immediately is I knew the words to this song, and don't ever remember knowing the words before, and the song was "Eve of Destruction", I asked the Lord what does this mean? And He began to remind me of what happened when I worked at this company in Toronto over ten years ago.  

In 1996 Interlink (an employee buyout company) was in serious financial trouble and about to go bankrupt because of spending more than its income. At the time there was a competitor transport company that recognized Interlink was in trouble, and they began to undercut and bad mouth Interlink to their customers hoping to push them over the top and bankrupt them. But their scheme did not succeed and here they were six months later (January 1997) they were in a similar crisis facing bankruptcy. 

It was in this scenario that one day in January 1997 the newly appointed President of Interlink came into the cafeteria to speak to all of the employees. He was dressed in a very expensive executive suit and had an air of pride and arrogance about him. He explained the situation our competitor was in and how we now needed to undercut their prices and put them out of business, so that we could become bigger and more wealthier as a company. The spirit of competition and corruption was glowing as he spoke those words. Then the word of the Lord rose up in me, and I heard this verse in my spirit. "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." Galatians 6:7b and I felt I needed to warn them, that if they did not publicly repent for this plan that they would in fact go bankrupt.  

Many in management laughed at me and mocked me. One man that I had witnessed to about Yeshua several times, laughed out loud and said "this company is 106 years old, it was here before we were born and it will be here long after we die". But I was so sure in my spirit as to what I heard the Lord say that I said; "Elvis watch and see, if there is no repentance there will be no more Interlink in the future". That was January 1997, six months later in July 1997 Interlink declared bankruptcy and the oldest and largest transport company in Canada was gone, along with thousands of jobs. 

I feel the Lord is saying this company in many ways is an illustration of some of the churches in the western world today. How the thinking of the world has so infiltrated the church, and polluted its way of thinking and behaviour, with the spirit of competition and mammon perverting the true gospel. And that as long as the church has the world's system of thinking they would not be able to influence the world with God's ways of righteousness and holiness.The Lord has been speaking to me and showing me that the church is in fact intended to be a gateway, just as this company was a gateway for the transportation of goods across Canada. This company helped to transport the ideas and goods of the world to those who sought after them. In the same way, each local church is a gateway for the Lord to pour Himself into and out of, bringing His likeness into the community. Which in turn would attract those seeking His Kingdom to be able to come and receive from the Lord His spirit. This is to be an ongoing transaction of Him pouring into the members of the body with them then pouring out that which He has given us. 

I submit this word/vision to you and ask that you allow the Lord to search out your heart and also use you to be in prayer for the body of Messiah in the world today. So many signs in the earth and Israel today point to some dramatic events about to unfold. We need to get right with the Lord and allow Him to show us how to prepare and to pray for the body of Messiah and for the lost world, because I believe we are drawing oh so close to the eve of destruction of the world systems and ways...
